Steps before Checkout
1. Add the item to your Shopping Cart and proceed to checkout.
2. Choose an eligible shipping address within Kuwait no P.O. boxes.
Same Day Delivery
- You can get Same Day Delivery for orders placed before 3 PM (Friday's is an exception)
- All deliveries under this option will commence after 4 PM and will be delivered
within the next 5 hours.
- Deliveries to areas on the outskirts of Kuwait will not be eligible for same day
delivery.
Next day delivery
- Orders placed after 3 PM will be delivered the next day.All deliveries will commence after 4PM on the following day and will be delivered within the next 5 hours.This also includes deliveries to areas on the outskirts of Kuwait.
Tracking Your Package
- You will receive a tracking number once your order is placed. You can always call the Soccer Scene store on 2259 8059 to check the status of your order.
Shipping charges Per Shipment
- All local deliveries will be charged at KD 0.750
- Deliveries to areas on the outskirts of Kuwait will be charged at KD 1.750
Refund Policy
- GOODS ONCE PURCHASED CAN ONLY BE EXCHANGED NOT REFUNDED.
Exchange Policy
- All goods purchased can be exchanged physically at the Soccer Scene Flagship store in the Avenues Mall.
